pk32 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Policy

1 Introduction

Welcome to pk32. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of the pk32 platform, available at pk32.win and through the pk32 mobile app. By registering an account or using any part of the pk32 platform — including the sportsbook, casino games, slots, fish games, bingo and the game lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

pk32 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, casino gaming, slots, live dealer games, fish games and bingo to players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and card payments.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk32. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pk32, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a real person — registrations by automated systems, bots or on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of pk32.
• You must not have had a previous pk32 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria above. pk32 reserves the right to request documentation to verify age, identity or any other eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on pk32. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If you already have a pk32 account and wish to open a new one, you must first close your existing account by contacting support.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Your username and password are personal to you — do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pk32 support immediately.
• pk32 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

pk32 may carry out identity verification at registration or at any later stage. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request and to supply supporting documents within a reasonable time if asked to do so.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pk32 are made in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and card payments. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly not permitted.
• pk32 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pk32 balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your payment method.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

pk32 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it originates from a fraudulent, disputed or third-party source. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your pk32 balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not been fully verified, you may be asked to provide documentation before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the point of requesting a withdrawal.
• Processing times depend on your chosen payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• pk32 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing large withdrawals, which may extend processing time.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If your registered payment method is no longer active, contact support to update your withdrawal details before submitting a request.

6 Betting Rules

The pk32 sportsbook covers cricket — including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on pk32:

• Bets can only be placed by logged-in account holders with sufficient available balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and system capacity during live events.
• pk32 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors in odds, data feed failures or events that are subsequently found not to have taken place under the stated conditions.
• Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already determined at the time of placement will be voided.
• Cricket bets covering PSL fixtures follow tournament-specific rules which account for weather interruptions, revised targets and DLS method outcomes.

Specific sport and market rules — including rules for football accumulators, esports maps and cricket super-overs — are available within the sportsbook interface. Players are encouraged to review the relevant rules before placing bets in unfamiliar markets.

7 Casino & Game Rules

pk32 offers a range of games including slot titles, live casino tables, fish games and bingo. Each game category operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. The following general principles apply across all game categories:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures, depending on the game type.
• Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided within individual game information panels.
• Fish game results reflect in-game mechanics and are final upon completion of each round.
• Bingo results are determined by the draw system operating within each bingo room.
• Live casino game results are determined by the live dealer and are final once the round closes.
• Technical faults during a game round — such as disconnections or system errors — are handled in accordance with the specific game provider's rules. Incomplete rounds may be voided and stakes returned where applicable.

pk32 reserves the right to remove or modify any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. Where a game is removed while a bonus is active that specifies that game, pk32 will provide a reasonable equivalent or adjust the bonus terms accordingly.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

pk32 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which will include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable for sports bonuses) and expiry dates. The following general bonus rules apply on pk32:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used after your real-money balance reaches zero.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• pk32 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been activated by a player.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion or exploitation of system errors will be forfeited and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

VIP programme rewards — including cashback, tier bonuses and other VIP benefits — are subject to the specific terms of the pk32 VIP programme, which are published on the VIP page.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk32. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on pk32.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform or its games.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financially motivated account activity that is not genuine gaming or betting.
• Sharing or selling your account access to other individuals.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or commercially exploit any part of the pk32 platform.

pk32 cooperates with law enforcement and financial authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pk32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time of being requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.
• A player voluntarily requesting self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools.
• Discovery that an account holder is under 18 years of age.

If your account is closed by pk32 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your available real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after any necessary checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk32 support. On closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Privacy & Data

pk32 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pk32, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with anti-fraud obligations.
• pk32 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank partners) is limited to what is necessary to complete your transactions.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data pk32 holds about you by contacting our support team.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of profits or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. The pk32 platform is provided as-is for entertainment purposes, and players engage with it at their own risk and within their own means.

14 Changes to These Terms

pk32 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the contact details on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of pk32 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
